1. Service Overview

Verzivo ("we", "us", or "the Platform") is operated by CORUNYO TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("the Company"), an AI music video (MV) creation platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our services include but are not limited to: music analysis, visual style recommendations, storyboard planning, AI video clip generation, lip-sync, subtitle composition, and final MV export.

2. Account & Registration

You must register an account to use certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep your credentials secure and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Not transfer, lend, or share your account with others
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized account activity

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not upload, generate, or distribute harmful, illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
  • Ensure you have legal rights or authorization for all uploaded music, images, and other materials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and our Content Policy
  • Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems

4. Credits & Payment

Our service uses a credit-based billing model:

  • Credits must be purchased to use AI generation features; credits are managed by Mountsea AI
  • Different features (storyboard planning, video generation, lip-sync, composition, etc.) consume different amounts of credits
  • Credit prices and consumption rules may change; changes will be announced on the platform
  • Consumed credits are non-refundable; refund rules for unused credits are in our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing

5. Intellectual Property

Platform software, UI design, documentation, and branding belong to us or relevant rights holders.

Subject to these Terms and our Content Policy, you have usage rights to content you generate. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our platform software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our services
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property

6. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses third-party AI models to generate video, images, and other content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not meet your expectations.

You should review all generated content before publishing or using it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Generation failures or content adjustments due to AI model safety policies do not constitute a breach by us.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, and third-party AI provider outages may temporarily affect service.

We are not liable for service unavailability caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party service interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Any losses arising from use or inability to use the service
  • Damages exceeding the total fees you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Content Policy
  • Long-term inactive accounts
  • Technical or business reasons
  • Legal requirements

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via website notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are issued by CORUNYO TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
